RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.CHECK-IN POLICY

Check-in time is any time after 1 PM hotel time (not guaranteed due to high volume of occupancy). We are happy to accommodate early arrivals; subject to availability at check-in. certain room type requests may not be available prior to 1 PM hotel time. If you arrive earlier, we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready.

Please note that for security purpose you will be asked to provide a valid photo/form of identification. Horyaal Hotel will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific floor or room number,  crib, etc.) upon your arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the hotel who do not follow or comply with hotel policies.

2.CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-out is at 10 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 10 AM on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees may apply, depending on time extension and availability. If staying past 2pm on your day of checkout, a fee of one night’s room plus tax will apply.

3.GUARANTEE / DEPOSIT POLICY

All reservations must be guaranteed for the first night arrival with a company LPO or advance cash deposits. All cancellations must be received 24 Hours PRIOR to scheduled arrival.  The hotel will not hold any reservation unless secured by the above methods.

Reservations without either of the above guarantees that reservation will be held until 6:00 PM local time after which time the reservation will be cancelled.

4.EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

If you have a sudden change of schedule and need to leave early, please stop by the front desk.  You will be responsible for any minimum night stay required at the time of booking, if applicable.  Any checkout after 10 AM will require additional additional charges up to the full current nightly rate.

5.CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received 24 hours PRIOR to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Reservations that are not cancelled by 6:00 PM the day prior to scheduled arrival are subject to a charge of one night’s stay plus taxes. Any changes on rates to your reservation must be done 24 hours prior to your arrival date.

Reservations made through a third-party website or travel agent must be cancelled through that third-party website or travel agent. This policy will allow hotel time to offer these unsold rooms to guests seeking last-minute accommodations.

6.AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY

All guests must be 18 years or older with valid photo identification. ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification in order to reserve and to check-in to a guest room without a parent or legal guardian.

7.OCCUPANCY POLICY

An extra person charge of $20.00 will apply if there are more than 2 adults in a guest room. Two (2) persons per room only, except in double.

Married couple must show their marriage certificates to the receptionist on duty to be received and checked in to the hotel as a couple

8.PET POLICY

Horyaal Hotel is a pet-free facility and a fine of $250.00 will be applied to the folio if a pet or evidence of a pet is discovered. Additional cleaning fees and damage charges will apply. Service animals are allowed with proper documentation. Please advise when making a reservation if you will be bringing a guide dog or service animal into the hotel.

9.SMOKING AND DRUG USE POLICY

Breathe easy! We’re a 100% smoke-free environment. So please follow our no-smoking rules because there’s a $250 cleaning fee so that the room may be refreshed for the next guest. This fee will be placed on the guest folio before or after check-out should it be determined that smoking has taken place in hotel.

The use of alcohol, drugs and qat is prohibited inside the hotel premises and the hotels compound.

10.NOISE DISTURBANCE POLICY

Horyaal Hotel maintains a strict noise control policy. We expect each of our guests to be able to enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment while staying with us. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.

11.SAFETY AND SECURITY POLICY

Guests are requested to leave their valuables like, Passports, Gold, Money and others with receptionist for safe keeping. A receipt will be issued for the client to use to claim his/her belongings. The hotel Management will only be responsible for items under its custody.

24 hour security is in attendance on the premises. Hotel access is controlled at the barrier and the hotel entrance gates.

Clients are not allowed to cook in the rooms or the hotel kitchen.

Clients are not allowed to curry weapons in the hotel and its compounds except for hotels security personnel.

Guests are required to go through thorough security check every time they leave and come back into the hotel compound.

For security reasons vehicles entering the premises might be subjected to search.

Ample parking is available on the premises. Vehicles are parked at the owners own risk.Please keep vehicles locked at all time and never leave visible belongings in the vehicle.

  1. Damage to Property

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

  1. Management’s Rights

It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ her in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.

The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.

  1. Relation between Management and Guest

Nothing herein above shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part of portion thereof, in favour of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT.
